You have a fully equipped open kitchen at your disposal as well as a washer dryer. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The flat is equipped with fiber optic internet. Other than the main TV in the living room, there is a smart TV in the bedroom as well. The communal space is like a four star hotel. This apartment is rentable for at least one month (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year. For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be: - In vocational training - Professional change - Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers) - In graduate studies - In apprenticeship contract - Internship - In voluntary engagement as part of a civic service. Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it’s own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request). All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home! A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request for a supplement of €40 each for the entire stay duration. You can also enjoy the view by taking thoses buses number 20, 32, 39, 45, 74, 85, N11, N15, N16 and N24. You have 2 mins all the services of taxis 24h / 24h (Uber, Bolt, G7, taxis, etc). You can even explore the city by bicycle ( VELIB ) as there is a station located one minute away by foot from the apartment. Standard check-in time is as from 3:00PM. A passport or ID is required upon arrival. In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
