Our Haussmannian apartment and modern is fully equipped ! Located in the district Les Grands Boulevards, for medium and long term, my apartment will allow you to settle in Paris comfortably. Many atypical places are easily walk from the apartment ! Please note that we can the noise of the metro in the apartment. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Pets are not allowed. Please note that we can hear the noise of the metro in the apartment. This apartment is rentable for at least one moth (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease", 9 months and 1 year. For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be: - In vocational training - Professional change - Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers) - In graduate studies - In apprenticeship contract - Internship - Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service Guests will have access to the whole apartment, which is equipped with its own high speed wi-fi internet connection, television and phone which has free calls to landlines all over the world (full details available on request). The metro is 1 minutes away by foot from the apartment. Many sites of interest are within walking distance. This apartment is close to metro stops ’Richelieu-Drouot’, ’Les Grands Boulevards’, ’Bourse’ and ’Quatre Septembre’. Standard check-in time is after 3:00PM . A passport or ID is required upon arrival. In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
