The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 showers and 1 bath). The swimming pool is amazing, heated and very secured for children with a roller shutter.
A TESLA Wall Charger is present to recharge your vehicle free of charge.
The kitchen has induction hob, dishwasher, blender, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer making ice cube and crushed ice, Nespresso machine, washing machine and separate dryer.
Once the keys are given, guests have free and total access to the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:,Please respect our house as if it were your own.
- Parties, wedding, baptism are not allowed together with any other events that could damage the house and also disturb the surroundings.
- On your check-out day, the 2 barbecues must be emptied and cleaned. The garbage must be taken out and placed in the containers which are located on the "Chemin de la Sereine" nearby.
- Otherwise, an additional charge of €100 will apply for the time spent by the cleaning team.
- A rental agreement to sign will be sent few days before your check-in.
- It’s obligatory to send 2000€ deposit 15 days before check in for limit damage.
