This ground floor "Tyneside Flat" is a 4 minute walk away from Mowbray Park which is a little green oasis with seats and playground equipment.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
South Shields has an array of coastal visitor attractions, including the Blue Flag Sandhaven Beach. It has a vibrant pub scene and a fantastic choice of restaurants., several of which have won awards (Colmans Seafood Temple and Delhi 6 Indian Street Food to name but two).
The Haven Point leisure centre, which has two large swimming pools, a gym, café and sauna, is only 25-30 minutes’ walk away.
GETTING AROUND
25 minutes on the Metro will bring you to Newcastle City Centre and 15 minutes to central Sunderland. 10 minutes by car and you are in the Tyne Tunnel which is the gateway to Northumberland and Scotland.
