"La Gente", The People (rakyat) in Spanish, represents our dedication and passion to serve our guests and meet interesting souls.
Located at Kuala Lumpur, we look forward to host you at our comfy home, one of the largest units at Sunway Velocity V Residence Suites. We could host 6 persons in the unit comfortably and up to a maximum of 10 guests.
Be it a weekend get-away, business trip, family retreat, friends’ gathering & reunion etc, we would love to host you here at La Gente Comfy Stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- <Strictly NO smoking in the unit>
- Smoking is prohibited in the unit as some of our guests are sensitive to cigarettes smell and some are even allergic to it. If you do want to smoke, please do so at the designated areas such as roof top (30th floor), facilities level (3A floor) or the garden next to the building lobby.
- It requires much cost and effort to eliminate the odour, hence kindly be reminded that if smoking smell is detected in the unit, you will be charged MYR3,000 for deep cleaning and deodorising purpose. Thank you for your understanding~
- <Air Conditioning>
- Kindly switch OFF when NOT in use and whenever leaving the unit for more than an hour.
