Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- <Strictly NO smoking in the unit>
- Smoking is prohibited in the unit as some of our guests are sensitive to cigarettes smell and some are even allergic to it. If you do want to smoke, please do so at the designated areas, e.g. outside the building premise.
- It requires much cost and effort to eliminate the odour, hence kindly be reminded that if smoking smell is detected in the unit, there will be a one time RM1,500 fee for deodorising and deep cleaning purpose. Thank you for your understanding~
- <Take good care of access cards>
- Replacement fee for lost access card (lift, unit and parking) is RM250 each
- <Air Conditioning>
- Kindly switch OFF when NOT in use and whenever leaving the unit for more than an hour.
- Please keep our home tidy and clean and thank you for staying with us, we can't wait to share our comfy home with you. :)
