Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • * Only allow ONE well-trained and well-behaved pet.
  • * Pets are strictly NOT allowed using any furniture or bedding (couches, pillow or beds). Please bring your own bedding or mat and equipment such as bowls and leads, etc.
  • * Please keep your pet out of any carpeted areas or on rugs.
  • * If your pet causes any damage or additional cleaning is required, excess cleaning fees may be passed on to you, including the replacement of any linen that has been soiled.
  • * Pets are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit and should not be allowed to enter the unit wet or dirty.
  • HOUSE RULES
  • • Instant booking with no reviews please send request first.
  • • Government-issued ID may be required.
  • • Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking.
  • • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond.
  • • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies.
  • • Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly.
  • • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival.
  • • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out.
  • • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out.
  • • Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box.
  • • Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied.
  • • To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them.
  • • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation.
  • • A security bond will be required.
  • By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
