Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to participate in a guest prescreening. All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.
- The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
- We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking.
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is a doorbell camera located next to the front door facing the front entrance area, camera 2 is located on the front of the garage facing the front entrance and the driveway, and camera 3 is an inactive camera located on the side of the garage facing the front of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Cameras 1 and 2 record video and audio when activated by motion.
