Just 10 minutes walk from Anchorage Metrolink, you will be within easy reach of both central Manchester and Salford - The ideal base for the city! The Space: Part of a quiet development, this lovely apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living space features a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home as well as a dining table, 3 sofas and a smart Tv. There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). The comfortable bedroom features large windows, plenty of storage space for clothes and a luxurious double bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also a parking space available for 1 car. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in either direction, this is the perfect base to explore all that Manchester has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe’s, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 5 minutes from the apartment. Getting Around: Central Manchester and Central Salford can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride. Other Things to Note: There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
