The Space:
This lovely 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The large windows let in plenty of natural light and offer lovely views of the city. The open plan living space features a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home and a large sofa and smart TV. There is high speed Wifi throughout. The generous double bedrooms feature storage space for your belongings and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom features a rainfall shower, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.

You will be in a prime location in the heart of Manchester, where you can walk to huge variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The Arndale shopping centre is just a 10 minute walk away, whilst the AO arena is even closer. The apartment is also close to all of Manchester’s transport options, such as the inner city tram line, as being 2 minutes from Manchester Victoria train station. The perfect location to explore all that Manchester has to offer.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, central Manchester can easily be explored on foot from the apartment. If you want to rest your legs, the local tram service provides easy access to the entire Greater Manchester area. There are two major train stations in Manchester, this apartment is closest to Manchester Victoria Train Station and just a 10 minute drive from Piccadilly Train Station, allowing for travel to all major UK cities.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
