A modern 2 bed apartment situated in a quiet and safe gated community in the Salford area. It’s Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Manchester, where you can find an array of; high street stores, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and national transport links. You can also enjoy incredible views of the Manchester skyline from your own private balcony. Fresh towels, linens and essentials are provided at the beginning of your stay and high speed WiFi is included.
The Space:
This contemporary and stylish 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The floor to ceiling windows throughout let in plenty of natural light and provide stunning views across the city skyline, especially from the private balcony! The open plan living space features a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home and large sofa and armchair, plus a smart TV. There is high speed wifi throughout. The spacious double bedrooms feature storage space for your belongings and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower over bath - both include complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment.

Top location in the heart of Manchester, where you can walk to huge variety of bars and restaurants. The Arndale shopping centre is just a 10 minute walk away, whilst the AO arena is even closer. The apartment is also close to all Manchester transport options, such as the inner city tram line, as well as major train station Piccadilly. Perfect for someone who wants to explore Manchester.
Getting Around:
There are two major train stations in Manchester, this apartment is closest to Manchester Victoria Train Station and a 10 minute drive from Piccadilly Train Station. Allowing for travel to all major UK cities. The local tram service provides travel to the Greater Manchester area. If you prefer the bus, Shudehill Bus Station is a 20 minute walk away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note that the entrance door to your apartment does NOT lock automatically, you have to manually turn the lock when in the apartment and lock with the key when leaving.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
