Situated on the second floor (with a lift) of a modern, three-story building, this delightful retreat benefits from a pretty balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
Inside, the apartment features a spacious open-plan living space that’s furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a flat screen TV. This space opens onto the balcony and also incorporates the kitchen, which is fitted with: a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood approximately a 10-minute walk (4-minute drive) from the lakefront and Spiaggia Sabbioni (with boat rentals), where guests can enjoy swimming, diving and windsurfing (Pini Beach is a 15-minute walk). Riva del Garda’s vibrant town centre is approximately a 3-minute drive / 10-minute walk away. Here, guests can explore the Piazza Novembre III, the Apponale Tower and the medieval castle MAG-Museo Alto Garda
