Migliaiolo is a small village, easily accessible, located near the main road that connects the town of Tavernelle with Panicale. It is about 15 km from Lake Trasimeno, 1 km from Panicale, 15 km from Tuscany, about twenty km from Perugia. The Casolare is an ancient residence from 1700, completely restored. The exterior, shared by the three apartments, has a surface area of about 250 square meters where there is a barbecue, a brick oven, a well, a porch and a swimming pool of 5 m x 9 m, depth 1.50 m, all fenced with private access also from the outside. The structure is on two floors and includes three apartments.
First apartment of about 110 square meters: going up the external stairs with independent entrance you reach the area in front of the door which is protected by a large canopy. Inside there is a large lounge with living room and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and closet. Going up the stairs, two double bedrooms, a children’s bedroom with two beds and a cot, a bathroom with shower.
Second apartment of about 70 square meters: independent entrance, particularly panoramic apartment with large terrace of about 27 square meters, dining room with fireplace and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Third apartment of about 50 square meters: independent entrance and porch, you can directly access the garden, consisting of a large living room, fully equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
All apartments are equipped with free wifi, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, mosquito nets on all windows, new systems, laundry equipped with washing machine, gas and carbon monoxide detectors as per regulations. Free parking in front.
