The modern kitchen is fitted with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. This room enjoys air conditioning and access to a private balcony. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom also enjoys air conditioning and is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. For culture, visitors can head to Villa Masséna, musée d’art et d’histoire , Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nice (both a 10-minute walk) or take a car to the Musée Matisse, the Marc Chagall National Museum or the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which are a 10-minute drive. Guests can also visit the iconic Place Massénaa and Vieux Nice (the Old Town), which are both approximately a 20-minute walk away. There are several restaurants within a 5-10-minute walk and a supermarket less than a minute’s walk. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market (a 12-minute drive or 30-minute walk along Promenade des Anglais) within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town.
