We are excited to welcome you to Afflecks by Heim Residences, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in Manchester’s iconic Northern Quarter. Housed in a beautifully transformed former jewellery store, this apartment blends the area’s rich architectural heritage with a thoughtfully designed interior. Sitting directly on Oldham Street, one of Manchester’s most celebrated stretches, the property sleeps up to 4 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The anthracite kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven, microwave-combi oven, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster & stove. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a four-seater dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
Bedrooms
There is one king-size bedroom, fitted with blackout curtains and a large fitted wardrobe with a dressing area. The room carries a soothing green and wood theme, designed to provide a nurturing and restful environment.
Bathroom
The bathroom is tiled in off-white marble and features a large walk-in shower. We provide fresh towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
Living area
The living area features a 55" Smart TV with Sky Sports, Sky Cinema, Netflix, and Amazon Prime access, alongside plush seating designed for unwinding after a day out. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and offer a front-row view of the lively Oldham Street scene below.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
This property is located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter - a vibrant cultural hub celebrated for its eclectic atmosphere, dynamic street art, and historic architecture. Bars, restaurants, and grocery stores are within 20 metres of the apartment. Enjoy flavourful Caribbean dishes at Turtle Bay just a short stroll away, catch live performances at Band on the Wall, explore unique crafts at the Manchester Craft and Design Centre, or enjoy a night of laughter at the Frog and Bucket Comedy Club. The apartment benefits from excellent public transport access, and a public parking garage is located off-premises for guests travelling by car - charges may apply.

Please note, as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from the street and neighbouring inhabitants. We want to make sure your expectations are set ahead of arrival so you can plan accordingly.
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an OTA trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park at 77 Oldham Road; Cable Street Car Park - charges may apply. The property is only a 10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and 15 minutes from Manchester Piccadilly Station. You can also access extensive bus and tram networks from Piccadilly Gardens only a 7 minute walk away.
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. You will be required to take the stairs up to the 1st floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
