We are excited to welcome you to our Cavern apartment, comprising of an open plan living space, 2 king-size bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The apartment is located in a renovated factory mill built in the 1800’s, close to the Manchester universities and Oxford Road Station. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 4 guests. KITCHEN & DINING AREA The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business. BEDROOMS There are 2 king-size bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, and wardrobes. BATHROOMS There is 1 bathroom in the apartment featuring a bath tub and shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. LIVING AREA The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access. The living area also features patio doors leading out to your very own private garden terrace with balcony furniture. LOCATION & PARKING You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within 10-15 minute walking distance. There are limited public street parking spaces available - charges may apply. Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an OTA trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message. In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250. This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. No monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out. Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns regarding your stay. This property is located in Manchester’s city centre, close to Oxford Road. You can be Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. Manchester Oxford Road Station is a short 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to descend the stairs down to -1 floor level to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
