Spanning across a spacious, open-plan unit, this property comprises two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautifully designed kitchen, living and dining area. We also offer complimentary parking for guests staying 28+ nights.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine + dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob.
We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 6 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOMS
There are 2 double bedrooms, all fitted with blackout curtains or blinds, as well as wardrobes and/or drawers.
BATHROOMS
There are 2 bathrooms. The family bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, whilst the master bedroom features a bath tub. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access, as well as a retro record player.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Northern Quarter, very close to Manchester Piccadilly train station. There is a pay and display car park adjacent to the development, charges will apply. The full address of this car park is as follows: Citi Park, 75 Dale St, Manchester M1 2EQ. You will never be stuck for a place to park your car(s).
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Property Manager trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

The property is located in Manchester City Centre, less than 5 minutes walking from Manchester Piccadilly train station and Manchester Piccadilly Gardens. There are many different metrolink tram stations and local bus stops nearby. If you are bringing a car, there is a public car park right across the road of the building.
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the 2nd floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.
