LIVING, DINING, & KITCHEN: The open-concept living space features a large sofa arranged around a large flatscreen TV, along with two plush armchairs for additional cozy seating. A dining table with seating for 6-8 offers plenty of room to gather, with additional barstool seating for two and the kitchen island. The kitchen is located on the ground floor and is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided. BEFORE YOU ARRIVE: Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries. Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking. This property may only be booked by a guest aged 25 or older. Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances. City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
