(Twin rollaway beds can be rented/delivered for use by adults in lieu of the floor mats. Please make arrangements with our office in advance.) LINENS: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival. ALSO INCLUDED: - Wi-Fi - 4 low-profile beach chairs - hair dryer; iron/ironing board - starter supplies: liquid hand soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must supply additional amounts) THIS HOME IS EQUIPPED WITH CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PARKING: - 2 spaces in carport - mid-size or smaller vehicles recommended. Not all SUVs will fit. - General street parking - metered, unmetered, and pay kiosk - throughout the neighborhood when available. LAUNDRY: Free facilities located in the home. Guests must provide supplies. LOCATION: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula’s main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more!
