PARKING: Two spaces (TANDEM). One space in the garage, and the other in the carport (right side of the property only) LAUNDRY: Free washer/dryer facilities are located in the unit. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. LOCATION: Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops. Nearby Marina Park (one block away) is a must-see on the bay any time of year, but also the best spot in town to view the world famous Christmas Boat Parade. RECREATIONAL GEAR: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, rollaway twin beds, and much more!
