L’edificio è situato a due passi dalla famosa chiesa di San Pietro di Castello, originariamente la sede del patriarcato di Venezia fino al 1807. LA zona è molto tranquilla e fuori dal traffico turistico ma comunque molto Veneziana e a soli 15 minuti da piazza San Marco e solo 5 minuti da Via Garibaldi e dai Giardini della Biennale.
Ca’ Barbarina è divisa in due appartamenti che possono essere locati assieme. Si tratta di due appartamenti indipendenti comunicanti con una scala interna. Finemente arredati sono dotati di una lavanderia condivisa con lavatrici ed asciugatrici a disposizione degli ospiti.
