Welcome to this beautiful Arcadia charmer nestled in between Phoenix and Scottsdale. Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Phoenix, filled with great restaurants and shopping. Less than 10 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale.
Spacious 3bedroom/2bathroom ready for any group ranging from families to golfing buddies. The backyard is an entertainer’s delight complete with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ and private swimming pool.
Grab your pool towels from the hall closet, lay out on the provided lounge chairs to catch a tan, and when the sun is winding down you can turn the pool light on to continue your festivities!
The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.
A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.
Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.
- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.
- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.
- We do not provide propane for the property’s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.
- Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV’s in the home. Please do not forget to log out of your account before departing the home.
