This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a welcoming place to unwind, spend time together, and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. Each of the three bedrooms features a queen bed, giving everyone a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring. Inside, you’ll find inviting living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to enjoy a quiet morning at home or gather for meals with family and friends. Step outside to enjoy the private pool and soak up the warm Arizona weather. Whether you’re taking a refreshing swim, lounging poolside, or enjoying a laid-back afternoon outdoors, the backyard offers a great place to relax during your stay. The pool is serviced year-round for our guests to use as they please! If you would like the pool heated for your stay, please notify us at least 24 hours before check-in. Pool heat is an additional $100 per day and is available only for the entire duration of the stay, with a minimum 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee if the request is received on the day of check-in or after the stay has already commenced. Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76°F and 78°F. It takes approximately 12–16 hours for the pool to fully heat. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out. - Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation. - We do not provide propane for the property’s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full. - Please use your preferred streaming log in on any of the Smart TV’s in the home.
