The perfect place for families with kids or couples, we welcome you to our home perfectly located within 20 minutes of Cleveland Clinic Main Campus and Case Western Reserve University.
5 Beds and 2.5 baths, two living spaces, a large outdoor deck, gas grill, big backyard, vegetable garden, and basketball hoop in the driveway you can get outside and enjoy the outdoor space when you are visiting! And don’t forget the fish tank!

At 3,200 square feet there is plenty of space for your family to spend out a bit. We feature two king beds, a queen, full and twin. The master suite features a spacious full bath with both a tub for relaxing soak and a nice stand up shower. A nice little escape at the end of long day =)

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,NO PARTIES -- There are ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or events allowed in the home or on the property. We have neighbors who will notify us of such events, and you will be required to leave immediately with no refund and a negative review will be documented. Extra cleanup from the evidence of a party or large gathering may become subject to a $30 hourly extra cleanup on top of the existing cleaning fee.
- ENFORCED QUIET HOURS-- We are located in a residential community and it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of:
- 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday - Thursday
- 11:00 PM- 9:00 AM Friday & Saturday
- NO SMOKING -- There is absolutely no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, e-cigs, vaping, etc.), and if in violation you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund in addition to a documented negative review.
- 2 NIGHT MIN -- 2-night minimum. All prebooking questions must be answered to process your reservation. If guest fails to answer any prebooking questions their reservation will be canceled and/or declined.
- LOCAL GUESTS -- We are unable to host guest from the local Cleveland area at this time.
- PROPERTY DAMAGES – Any damaged property must be reported to the host. We understand accidents happen, and please make sure to notify the host/co-host if damage to the property occurs. Replacement fees and/or reimbursement for damaged items may occur if needed.
- GUEST PROFILES – All guests must have a complete profile (including verified ID) with a profile picture. We love to see your smiling faces 😊.
- EXTRA GUESTS – All guests on the reservation must be included in the total # (please no unauthorized guests without permission from the host).
- As a courtesy to our cleaners, any uncleaned vomit and or blood will result in a $100 charge to the guest. Nobody wants to deal with that. If you do have a mishap, just clean up after yourself and there wont be any issues =)
