LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry area with washer and dryer BATHROOM: Full bathroom with walk in shower OUTDOORS: A large porch with outdoor couch and adirondacks to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful Florida sun Guests have private access to the entire 2 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking with one designated off-street parking spot, complimentary coffee for the first morning and access to Netflix on the 3 TVs. Uptown Delight is in short walking distance to all things downtown so you can park your car and leave the keys at home! Driving to the beach is less than a 10 minute drive. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine’s shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. The trolley picks up right down the street at Mission Nombre de Dios PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
