This fully-remodeled home is brand new to the Sanctuary program! Freshly furnished and appointed, you can be among the first to enjoy this home.
Located in quaint Pacific Grove, this updated home is the perfect getaway for vacationers! This is one half of a classic Cape Cod shingled duplex building and the other unit is also a vacation rental, so if you have a larger group or multiple families traveling together, you may wish to book both units.
Situated on a deep lot on the upper side of Lighthouse Avenue, guests will enjoy peeks of the bay, which is just a few blocks away. This perfect location is walk-able to downtown Pacific Grove restaurants, shops, the Natural History Museum, Lover’s Point beach and more. Many guests will find it convenient to leave their car parked at the home and walk to explore the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Recreation Trail.
Nature lovers will be delighted by the nearby beaches and oceanic wildlife that can be viewed from the shores including sea otters, sea lions, harbor seals and a bevy of birds. Whale watching tours and kayak rentals can get you a front row seat to the wonders of Monterey Bay.
A short drive away brings you to golfing options aplenty, the breathtaking beauty of Big Sur and Point Lobos State Reserve. The list of things to do in the area is too long to list here - you’ll have to return again and again to see everything.

The rooms of this 1,766 sf home are spread over two levels.
The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a game table. The family room has a WiFi-enabled Smart TV so guests can log into their own streaming subscriptions for programming options.
Kitchen and Dining:
The well-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to craft meals to share together. Nearby restaurant options are many.
A convenient laundry room is located just off the kitchen.
A shared BBQ grill is located in the garage.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Bedroom #1 is upstairs and has a king bed.
Bedroom #2 is on the main floor and has a full/double bed.
Bedroom #3 is on the main floor and has a twin day-bed with a pull-out trundle option for 1-2 twin beds.
Bedroom #1 uses the upstairs hall bathroom which has a shower-over-tub combination, double vanity and access to the ocean view deck.
Bedrooms #2 and #3 have direct access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which has a single vanity and a shower-over-tub combination.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. Please be aware that this home does not have a fenced yard and the landscaping is a work in progress.
This home is part of a duplex building and the garage is shared. There is one small parking space in the garage for each unit and street parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the driveway leading to the garage is unpaved.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner. The home is well-equipped for extended stays!
