Nestled in the breathtaking Rio Grande Valley, our home offers spectacular mountain and golf course views, creating the ultimate retreat for relaxation and adventure. Our home offers comfort and convenience for your Colorado getaway. The main floor master bedroom features a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a loft with a twin bed and office space, a full bathroom, and two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed and TV and the other with a queen bed plus two twin beds. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed with Ensuite (Jacuzzi Tub) and TV (Main Level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed with TV (2nd Level) 3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen and 2 Twin Beds (2nd Level) Loft - Twin Day Bed & Office (2nd Level) The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare family meals and features JennAir appliances, a dining area with seating for six, and an additional two seats at the bar. Step outside to soak in the stunning scenery. From the porch, enjoy picturesque views of the Rio Grande Club Golf Course, Alder Creek, and the surrounding mountains—all while relaxing by the warmth of the propane fireplace. Our home offers exclusive access to discounted golf privileges at the Rio Grande Golf Club. VRC guests enjoy discounts on green fees during their stay. Please feel free to contact us with additional questions about golfing at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course. Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club’s resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. Please note that this home has AC in the bedrooms. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s. Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year’s and the 4th of July holidays). Also, please Note: For guests staying with us for 30 days or more, we require the property to be cleaned every 30 days. This cleaning service is an additional charge and will be applied separately. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
