The unit boasts an oceanview; so come on down and enjoy a memorable vacation! It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. Parking: 2 parking passes. Easy access parking lot across the street from the building. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: Complex elevator is available. Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Family room: Oceanfront views. Sleeper sofa. Bedroom: Large space with king bed. Connects directly to the main area via hallway. Bathroom: Located in the hallway Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises! Pool: Shared complex pool and hot tub. Subject to HOA schedule. Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Laundry: On-site complex - pay to use. Guests will have the condo to themselves. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. 2 parking passes are provided for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control happens every month on the 2nd Tuesday at this condo via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service. RENTAL OF THIS UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY FORM OF FRONT-DESK SERVICE OR ACCESS TO, OR USE OF, HOUSEKEEPING. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 6. ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
