For added convenience, the My Free Ride Shuttle stop is only 0.7 miles away on Highway 9. Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Bath - • Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, dresser, lounge chair, ceiling fan, ensuite bath with dual vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub. • Second Bedroom (Upper Level): Queen bed, lounge chair, ceiling fan, dresser, ensuite bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. • Third Bedroom (Entrance Level): Queen bed, closet, shared bath with single vanity and tub/shower combo. • Additional Sleeping Area: Twin day bed and twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest area. Family Room: The lower-level family room offers an additional gathering space with a flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and wet bar. Step directly outside to access the private hot tub patio, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Outdoor Space: The expansive wraparound deck is outfitted with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range and surrounding woodlands. Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the main level near the kitchen. Garage & Parking: Private heated garage with space for 2 vehicles inside and 2 vehicles in the driveway (4 total). Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist.
