No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted. 2. The property is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the house in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest. 3. Lost and found property We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. We will make sure everything is well prepared for you. But if you need anything or there is an emergency, we will attend within 2 hours. 1.
