Welcoming apartment located in the Center District of the city, close to the main monuments and museums. Bright and well-conditioned offers all the amenities needed for the guests. Although it is situated very close to the main streets of the city, the apartment is very quiet and it is ideal to rest after a day enjoying Málaga.

Bright and quiet apartment on the first floor, lift-forklift. The flat has a spacious living room with a balcony, in which you will find a sofa bed and a dining table. There is also a bedroom with a double bed (150) with an en-suite bathroom and a very practical kitchen.

The kitchen, fully-equipped, has a ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, tableware, utensils, and cutlery.It also has WiFi internet, Smart TV, hairdryer and an iron.
Guests have an exclusive free phone medical care (non-hospital) service during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.

It is located less than 10 min walk from the childhood home of Picasso and the Picasso Foundation. The main monuments and museums of the city are situated very close to the apartment.From the balcony you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Semana Santa in Malaga.

All the main attractions are very close and the Cercanias Málaga-Centro Alameda and the Muelle Heredia bus station, which connects with all the cities around Costa del Sol are only 20 min away walking.

FIRST FLOOR: It is located on the first floor with a lift-forklift. To go up you have to hold down the button of the floor you want to access.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building (including the small interior patio), but it is allowed to do so on the balcony facing the street.
OVEN: The apartment is offered without an oven, the kitchen oven is not available.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the welfare of the animal and the damages they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. € 20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning so as not to harm guests allergic. We can provide a bed and trough-drinker, upon request.
