Apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, in a quiet area. Located in the Central District, next to one of the most popular historical markets in the city, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Very bright and fully equipped, it has hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. It has a modern kitchen that has a large refrigerator, ceramic hob, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker and ample storage space. It also has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold) and Smart TV.
–CHARACTERISTICS:
It has a cozy living room with Smart TV and sofa bed and a very well-equipped modern open kitchen. It has a room with a double bed, with a work/study area and an en-suite bathroom; and also a room with two single beds (trundle bed). Both bedrooms have large closets.
–SERVICES:
The kitchen is fully equipped, has an oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, traditional coffee maker and capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything you need to cook. It also has plenty of space to comfortably store your daily purchases.
The apartment has a good quality WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is work/study space, and the house is also equipped with a hairdryer, Smart TV, iron and all the necessary amenities for a couple, a group of friends or a family.
Guests have an exclusive service of free medical care (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.
–SALAMANCA MARKET:
It is exceptionally located, in the Central District, next to the popular Salamanca market, one of the most important historical markets in the city, with its imposing monumental neo-Mudejar style façade. You can walk to all the museums, monuments and attractions in the city. In the area there are many local shops and supermarkets.
–HOW TO MOVE:
It is located within walking distance of all the monuments and museums, next to the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum. It also has supermarkets, bakeries and neighborhood stores nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.
–TO CONSIDER:
The apartment is located at the ground floor. At the entrance, you will find stairs that will take you to the living room, dining room and kitchen.
This is a tourist accommodation that meets Property Manager’ EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. A €20 cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival for each pet. We can provide a bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
