On the first level, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with a TV and en suite bathrooms. The master suite on the right boasts a private deck with seating, ideal for savoring your morning coffee. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available, as well as a closet stocked with beach essentials, including chairs, boogie boards, and sandcastle tools. You will have everything you need for a day of fun in the sun. The second level is the heart of the home, featuring an open living and kitchen area perfect for gathering with loved ones. The living room includes cozy sofas and a large TV for movie nights, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a coffee maker and microwave. The dining area seats 8, with an additional 4 barstools at the eat in counter. Step outside onto the spacious deck to enjoy Gulf views and the fresh coastal air while dining al fresco. This level also includes a bedroom with two queen beds , a TV and a shared bathroom, perfect for additional guests. The third level is designed for entertainment, featuring a game room with family friendly board games, a large TV, and a mini refrigerator. The room opens to a deck, making it a fun space for both kids and gamers. A large bunk room on this level includes twin over twin and twin over full bunks, offering a restful space after a day of adventure. This floor also includes a bathroom.
