Welcome to "One Sweet World," the newest vacation rental in White Pine, New Buffalo, Michigan. This charming home completed its main level construction in late 2023.
Featuring two bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, one with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub combo, this home is designed for comfort. The open concept living space includes a family room with a smart TV, a dining area, and a kitchen, all surrounded by picture windows offering views of the woods and fishing pond. A convenient half guest bathroom is also available. A large deck off the living room offers incredible morning views of the birds & fishing pond. Please note, the washer/dryer is located in the unfinished basement.
Note that while the home has lower and upper levels, they are unfinished and not accessible to guests.
The White Pine Resort community boasts a 45-foot pool, sun deck, walking trails, and a stocked fishing pond with a pier. Just 5 minutes from Downtown New Buffalo and public beaches, this retreat offers both tranquility and convenience.
The White Pine Community charges an 8% of rent fee (max $250) when the seasonal pool is open - end of May through the beginning of October.
