Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- To ensure a smooth transition between guests and allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the space, please adhere to the following check-in and check-out guidelines:
- ⏳ Check-In:
- ✔ Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- ✔ Early check-in requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
- ⏳ Check-Out:
- ✔ Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- ✔ Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability. Additional fee of $150 after 30 minutes of the checkout time
- 🔇 Quiet Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- To ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This includes:
- ✔ Lowering voices, music, and TV volume inside the home.
- ✔ Avoiding loud conversations or gatherings on patios, balconies, or outdoor areas.
- ✔ If returning late, please be mindful when entering the property or using common areas.
