Enjoy this mountain retreat located in a quiet complex, close to the Sierra Star Golf Course & Mammoth Mountain! Relax in the fully renovated 1 bedroom + enclosed loft, 2 bath cabin. This end unit offers a private entry and two story floor plan. On the main level, the living room offers a wood burning fireplace, large comfortable sectional and a 55" flat-screen smart RokuTV with YouTube TV. Enjoy your morning coffee in the corner window bench seat while taking in the forest views. The fully renovated kitchen offers quartz counters, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare family meals. The dining area offers seating for 6 with additional bar seating for 3, an open floor plan for cooking/dining/living as well as a private balcony. Also on the main floor, the primary bedroom features a King bed with Nectar mattress and a full bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo in the hall. The upstairs, large open loft is comfortable for the kiddos or a family, featuring a Nectar mattress queen bed and an additional bunk bed with a double Nectar mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. The loft has a large walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with tiled shower. The condo has a private key code entry and assigned shared garage parking for one car (garage clearance is 7’ 3"). The Bigwood community has excellent amenities including a year-round outdoor large Jacuzzi, community BBQ, outdoor heated pool (summer months only), Sauna and laundry room. Bigwood is located1 mile to Eagle Lodge, 1.5 Miles to Canyon Lodge, 5 miles from Main Lodge and conveniently located close to the Yellow shuttle, perfect for getting around town! This non-smoking unit sleeps a maximum of 6 and is not pet friendly. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.
