Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Accommodation Use: The accommodation is provided solely for lodging purposes. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Fire Safety: For your safety, please avoid any activities that could cause a fire and use cooking appliances and irons with care.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless they are classified as service animals.
  • Noise:Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure it does not disturb the neighborhood's living environment or disrupt the community due to the complex's structure. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Key Policy: Please carry your key with you at all times when you leave the accommodation. If keys are left behind, the following call-out fees will apply:
  • $50.00 (09:30-17:30)
  • $90.00 (17:30-20:00)
  • $150.00 (20:00-22:00)
  • $200.00 (22:00-09:30)
  • Extra Cleaning: If the property is left in an excessively dirty or untidy state beyond the regular cleaning fee, additional charges may apply.
  • Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in time is 2 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Please do not check in earlier unless you have received prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs may incur additional fees as follows:
  • 10:00 am to 11:00 am: $30.00
  • 11:00 am to 11:59 am: $80.00
  • After 11:59 am: One night’s rental fee will apply.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
