Villa Bessò is located in the area of Cap Martinet, close the city center and the nightlife, 300m2 and in a plot of 7500m2 surrounded by nature and privacy it’s the ideal place for an happy holiday and or for events.
The outside is developed around the nice private pool where spend hours of pure relaxation and the big deck with sunbeds and parasols to enjoy the sunny days.
Several chill areas with sofas, table and chairs, a pergola with the BBQ and a 10 seats table, on the side of the building a covered terrace with and second outdoor dining table, ideal to have a rest in the quiet of the nature and enjoy the time with the family and friends

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
