Discover this magnificent Haussmann apartment with 2 bedrooms and balcony, ideally located on Rue de Rennes for up to 4 people. This charming apartment blends the charm of classic 19th century architecture with modern amenities to create an elegant and comfortable living space.

The space
As you enter the apartment, you are greeted by high ceilings, beautiful moldings and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated, offering an ideal space to relax or entertain guests. French doors open to a picturesque balcony, where you can open the windows and admire the view of Rue de Rennes. Please note that the apartment can only accommodate 4 people (the sofa is not convertible)
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and offers a generous space to prepare delicious meals. The practical layout also accommodates a dining table for friendly meals with family or friends.
Both bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed, offering quiet private spaces to rest and recharge. Large windows allow for natural ventilation and create a bright and airy atmosphere.

Organizing parties and hosting large numbers of outsiders are prohibited, as is smoking in the apartments. In case of non-compliance, management reserves the right to reduce the length of stay, require payment of a financial penalty and notify the police.
In addition, we inform you that the residence is under 24-hour video surveillance and that our security service regularly visits the site to check.

Guest access
During your stay, we will assign you a fully private apartment. Access is autonomous by personalized code on condition of completing the online check-in. You’ll also have access to luggage storage on the ground floor to drop off your luggage outside of check-in and check-out times.
Other things to note
After your booking, you’ll receive an email to complete your online check-in. This step is essential and must be completed as soon as you receive the email. After you check in online, you’ll receive your access by email and text 48 hours before your stay with access instructions and your personalized code. Conciergerie Property Manager reserves the right to request a copy of an ID card.
Please note that air conditioning is available in the spring and summer. In winter and fall, air conditioning is unavailable for ecological reasons.
