Property Manager is thrilled to introduce the stunning Sotkamo 1125, nestled in a picturesque setting on the shores of Lake Sotkamo 1125järvi in the charming town of Sotkamo. This exquisite property boasts a separate log cabin and sauna, both constructed in 2023.
As you step inside the main house, you will be enchanted by the 62 m² of luxurious living space. The spacious kitchen and living room offer breathtaking views of the lake and forest landscape through large windows. Enjoy a delicious meal at the dining set for 6, while two separate bedrooms provide comfort and privacy. The modern amenities include a shower, toilet, washing machine, and drying rack in the washroom. The living room features a cozy sofa bed for 1-2 guests. Step outside onto the expansive terrace, complete with garden furniture and a grill – perfect for soaking up the sun in the summer months.
The sauna is housed in a separate building spanning 30 m². Here, you will find a sauna room with a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and sink. The sofa bed in the sauna room offers additional sleeping space for 1-2 guests. Indulge in a relaxing sauna experience with the Harvia tower electric stove and shower. The sauna building is available year-round, with the added comforts of hot and cold running water, underfloor heating, and electric radiators.
For outdoor enthusiasts, a steep slope leads down to the rocky beach, where you can take a refreshing dip in the lake. Please note that swimming shoes are recommended for your comfort. The cabin is available for check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out until 12 p.m., making it ideal for weekend getaways.
