One covered parking spot is available in the north garage, closest to the road. A second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked open parking spot. • Two-car limit per unit—no exceptions. Things to know • Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don’t provide beach towels. • For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
