Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Important information:
- Check-in is from 15.00, Check-out is by 10:00 am
- Prices include wi-fi, cleaning costs upon arrival and at time of departure, linens and towels.
- A cash refundable deposit of 250 Euros must be provided upon arrival, it will be returned upon departure after an inspection takes place, in case of any damage.
- Pool open from 15 June to 15 September
- If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
