The refridgerator is not cooling correctly, We have a service person coming to work on the 15th of November. If they are unable to fix it before you arrive, we will have a mini-fridge dropped off. There is also a separate ice maker in the kithcen so there will be plenty of ice either way.

Professional Management by Property Manager. We will give guests their space, but they will be able to reach out for any issues that come up during their stay.
The Townhouse is in a neighborhood in North Knoxville generally associated with the communities and business along N. Central Street & N Broadway. The City of Knoxville has coined the intersected as the North Broadway Corridor. The area has changed much in the decades since and is currently experiencing a period of renewed growth and public interest.
*Disclaimer: This property is near downtown, and there are homeless people that may be around the area.

Take note: We have not had any issues, but as a precaution we do ask that guests please be sure to lock your car and ensure no valuables are left inside vehicles. Additionally, due to the size of the home the Hot Water can run out quickly if multiple showers or appliances are running continuously, and it is advised the guests spread out shower use accordingly.
