The mid-century modern aesthetic is creates a very warm and relaxing setting for families to enjoy their time together. Convenient to I-75 providing easy access to all of Knoxville.

Bedrooms - The beds are sizes are as stated: 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Twin bed. You should find ample rest in each sleeping space. The large windows provide a large flow of natural light. Each room is equipped with large storage spaces for your luggage and belongings.
Extras - The master suite has extra space with a custom walk-in closet
Kitchen/Living Areas - With updated flooring and cosmetic accents around the house the kitchen n living area is large and great for hosting large groups on a get away.
Laundry/Utility Area - Guests will have access to a full-sized walk-in mud room with well functioning Washer and dryer as well as utility sink.
The 3.5 acre surrounding yard is perfect for any outdoor group activity.
Guests will have access to the whole house, the main garage and the whole property.
PARKING: Large parking areas. Guests can park in the 2-car garage and 4+ vehicles will have adequate space for parking in the driveway are.
The parking area is large enough for Boat or Camper parking as well.

The home is 5 minutes from the Halls Crossroads area and 10 minutes from the Powell community. Both areas are filled with all your restaurant and grocery essentials.
Local restaurants in the Halls community include Gondelier Italian, Kobe’s Japanese Steakhouse, and El Metate Mexican.
Local shops can be found in the Callahan Rd area about 15 minutes from the rancher.
