Our 4,200 square foot residence features 6 bedrooms and 4 baths and is located just 2 miles to downtown Durango (5 minutes) and 29 miles (35 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
Situated on 5 acres and backing up to open space (Perins Peak Wildlife Management Area), the residence offers unparalleled privacy and seclusion - yet is just 5 minutes from historic downtown Durango. The residence is also the last home on the dead end road ensuring peace and quiet. Enjoy an alpine setting with room to roam, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
With 4,200 square feet the home is perfect for multiple families as it features a main house with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms as well as a separate apartment above the garage and a small cabin 50 yards from the main house with a bedroom, living space, full bathroom, kitchenette and deck.
The residence has been outfitted to the be the ultimate vacation rental with a game room (Ping pong, TV, Bar), small hot tub, outdoor fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, sauna, super fast Starlink WIFI, high end furnishings and plenty of space. The Master bedroom, main living space, 2nd queen bedroom and the cabin have AC.
