The first floor also features the laundry room as well as the primary bedroom with one king-sized bed, a spacious closet and bathroom offering both a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The courtyard has a plunge pool, outdoor seating and a built-in grill. On the second floor, you will find a spacious, covered terrace with ample seating overlooking the pedestrian path below. A sink, ice machine, mini fridge and television complete this area. Two additional king bedrooms with private baths complete this level. Parking is available in a two-car garage.
