• Luna Vista is a private 5 bedroom / 3 bath home surrounded by vineyards, horse stables, lush gardens, oak groves and beautiful views of Valley of the Moon.

• Gas BBQ, bocce ball, ping pong table, swings in the oak grove, vegetable garden, fruit trees. Two creeks run through the property when there is rain.
• Central heat and air. Laundry.
• The house is located down the road from a working farm featuring goats, llamas, chickens, pigs that children adore - fresh farm eggs for neighbors.
• Pack n play and highchair available. Children’s toys and books available.
• Pool usually reaches 70-75 degrees with solar heating during warmer months, however, there’s an option to heat with propane at additional expense up to 80 degrees. 48 hour notification required to heat the pool.
• Parking available for 8+ cars in the driveway
