This renovated vacation home is located a short walk to Caliza, ZUMA and the emerging town center. Guests will find four bedrooms, all with private baths. The first floor offers a two-car parking area, a courtyard with private pool and built-in grill as well as a spacious family room, dining area and kitchen with large center island. The second floor features the primary suite with a king-sized bed, a second bedroom with a king-sized bed and a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Families will enjoy the fourth bedroom with four twin built-in beds located on the third floor. Finally, guests will fall in love with the large, rooftop patio on the third floor of this home. Aside from beautiful views of the rooftops of the town, the patio offers a large, outdoor dining area, ample seating under a pergola and another grill. Parking for this home is located in a two-vehicle gated carport. Guests staying in vacation rental properties enjoy personalized concierge services, exclusive access to the Caliza Pool and Restaurant, ZUMA Wellness Center and Café, advance access to purchase tickets to many of our signature events, a stunning new racquet sports venue, and private beach access. Each property includes Wifi, cable TV, YOLO coffee, kitchen supplies and 24-hour security included with the Resort Fee. An interactive vacation rental guest portal will be available to you and your guests to further help you plan your best vacation experience. Beach chair set ups, beach food and beverage delivery, bicycle rentals, water sports equipment, private signature experiences and family portrait photography sessions (through our Preferred Photographer program) are also available at additional costs – our concierge will be happy to make recommendations. Pet Policy for this dog-friendly home -- We are pleased to welcome up to two well-mannered dogs (eighty pounds max per dog, please) per home, allowing your entire family—paws included—to enjoy the Alys Beach experience. For the comfort and safety of all guests, dogs must remain leashed in public spaces and be current on vaccinations. Kindly observe proper pet etiquette by cleaning up after your dog and utilizing the conveniently located waste stations throughout the community. Guests with more assertive dogs are encouraged to consider the use of a gentle muzzle in shared spaces, out of consideration for neighbors and fellow guests. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach – only Walton County residents may secure a dog permit for their furry friends. Many of our outdoor dining areas are pet-friendly; however, we recommend calling ahead to confirm individual merchant policies.
