On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms each with one king-sized bed and en suite bathrooms. There is an additional washer and dryer on this level as well. This home also features a private courtyard with open seating as well as a covered veranda with additional seating and an outdoor TV. The fourth bedroom with one king-sized bed resides in the carriage house above the 2-car garage.
