Offering five bedrooms all with private baths – two of which are master suites with spacious master baths - this grand and spacious home is the perfect fit for any party. Rarely does a vacation rental home offer so much outdoor space. The private pool is one of the largest of any home in the town. The courtyard offers ample outdoor and covered seating. An outdoor fireplace and television create the perfect place to enjoy many pleasant hours. Inside, the first floor features a large kitchen and dining area. The dining table offers seating for 8 with additional bar seating facing the kitchen. A large foyer leads to a tastefully decorated living room with lots of natural light looking over the pedestrian path and the home’s courtyard. A bedroom with one-king sized bed as well as a powder room are also found on this floor. Ascending the grand staircase, you will find a game table with four chairs at the top of the staircase as well as an additional TV den with a cathedral ceiling. Two bedrooms open from the den, each offering one king-sized bed. Down a separate hall, the fourth bedroom offers two queen-sized beds and the primary suite offers one king-sized bed and a private balcony with seating and a firepit. Parking for this home is in a two-car garage.
