Mare is an apartment located in the heart of Meta, offering a privileged and panoramic position with a splendid view of the sparkling sea of the coast. Situated on the first floor of an elegant building, the apartment enjoys a breathtaking sea view, which can be admired from every corner of the house. The large windows of the living room and bedrooms flood the environment with natural light, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for family and friends trips as the bedrooms are completely separate, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is the perfect refuge for those who want to experience the authentic beauty of the Sorrento coast, a few steps from the main tourist attractions, but far from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The crystal-clear sea and surrounding nature complete a perfect picture of tranquillity and beauty.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, flat-screen TV, one with a balcony and one with a window, both equipped with air conditioning. The spacious, bright living area, tastefully furnished, has access to a balcony with sea view, sofa bed, fireplace, a large dining table, flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, citrus juicer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and induction hob and all necessary utensils.
Located in a privileged position, Mare is located next to the staircase leading to Meta beach (3 minutes of stairs from the sea), also accessible by the elevator located right in front of the staircase, at a cost of €1. The most famous restaurants in the area are located on the beach, including Tico tico. Opposite the apartment is a Bar Antonietta café, ideal for breakfasts. The bus stop is just below the apartment. It is important to note that Mare Studio is an internal apartment, and therefore does not have a sea view.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Guests will be required to provide an identity document upon arrival. Tourist tax not included in the price and to be paid on-site at a cost of €3.00 per night per guest, children between 6 - 18 years old pay €1.00 per night. Check-in can be done from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For late arrivals after 8:00 PM, there will be an extra charge of €30, for arrivals after 10:00 PM of €50. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
